TRAINING / DEMONSTRATION DAYS

 Here at Nailed It farriery services we use the experience and knowledge of the consultant farrier Mitchell Norton AWCF Grad Dip ELR DipHE to provide talks to horse owners, riding clubs and pony clubs. we use hands on talks with cadaver limbs to practise techniques like taking shoes off. We have all been there when a horse comes in with a shoe half off and no one can get hold of a farrier to get the shoe off. we show you the skills you need to be confident in helping any horse in this situation. we also provide talks on hoof care, anatomy, and first aid with horses hooves.  we can bespoke these demonstrations/ lectures to any age or group, they are lead by Mitchell himself.  He has been teaching all over the world from Kenya teaching at riding safari centres and polo ponies to India, teaching at a farrier school in Rajasthan. Mitch regularly attends CPD events all over the world finding the best and most innovative method to stay at the forefront of  education and farriery research and education.
